- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19098277, 6 hours agoThe author purely decided to shake money from people with his giant QR code! One star and I hope that he will be blocked for such arrogance!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Dev, 8 hours agoHas now added a giant QR code that you have to pay to remove. It never did this until recently. Website says it has done this since 2006 or something silly but this is not true. Reported to Mozilla extensions people.

- Rated 1 out of 5by X5-176, 6 days agoUPDATE: The recent 5 star reviews have gotta be fake or bots since the big qr code change, I doubt anyone wants that, gotta investigate and see where they are coming from, also the fake reviews and qr code move is just predatory enough to probably warrant reports on it.
1 Star rating he's now putting a qr code on our videos being downloaded to force us to buy, already bad enough he wanted us to download a 3rd party companion app to make the extension work properly.
This was a bait and switch on his part, he wanted as many people as possible to download and use the extension and now he's trying to force us to buy it, pretty scummy imo.
Uninstalled and possibly never coming back to it, there's other alternatives this was just the easiest at the time.
Will keep come back now and then to make sure others know how bad and scummy this move was though. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19438403, 7 days ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Enttäuschter User, 7 days agoDies war mal mein Lieblingsaddon. Nur seitdem die einem einen QR Code als Wasserzeichen reinballern welcher fast die hälfte des Bildschirms einnimmt, kann ich das nicht mehr unterstützen. Klein in der Ecke wäre in ordnung aber das ist richtiger müll.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Sinler, 9 days agoБыло неплохим какое-то время. Давно ничего не качал,а оказалось,что теперь и скачать ничего нельзя без установки левого софта на пк.В описании,к слову,ничего не изменилось.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19430074, 11 days agoIt asks for money otherwise you'll have a huge watermark on downloaded youtube videos, find another extension that does this for free.
- Rated 1 out of 5by BizBarley, 11 days agoI have no clue where the positive reviews come from. This extension requires additional software to function. I can't properly load it on any of my machines, and it's flagged as questionable in terms of safety. It's just a mess. I've downloaded and tried to use it several times over the past 5-6 years, to see if it's improved. It has not. Avoiding.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Armand, 12 days agoExtension Payante !!!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Sean Nava, 14 days agoDownloadhelper died when it started to ask for money (even if claims to be free). I used to be a DH user in 2014 to 2017 but now this addon turned into nothing but baloney: ask you to download a extra app to download, then burns a watermark into videos and wants you to give €20 to remove it. Developers just killed everything that made DH were good in the past
