It's just CLI in web browser window. Offers nothing more than you can already do in normal CLI. There are lots of better alternatives (e.g. sqlitebrowser).

Where is the old GUI version? It was very helpful. But the new version (without a GUI) is very, very specific, and I rate it as ugly ... :-(
