- Rated 5 out of 5by uha8, 2 years agoBeen using this for years and don't know what i would do without it. I've tried many alternatives, but Sidebery is the best one for me. The 2 main feature requests i have are:
1: Option to save the automatically created snapshots (backups) to a folder of choice, so i can save it eg. to google drive, both as a remote backup and to possibly share data between devices. I'm currently trying to locate the default snapshot folder, so i can sync that (help appreciated).
EDIT: The following suggestion has now been implemented (thank you so much mbnuqw!) :
2: Key binding option for creating groups. In settings you can set key bindings for virtually anything, so it seems like a mistake that you can't bind one for creating groups. It's the only thing that requires mouse action for my workflow. There's already a thread on the forum. - Rated 5 out of 5by Divergent, 2 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Kurgorath, 2 years agoEasily the best vertical tab manager. Nested tabs, tab re-titling, automatic tab sleeping, tab groups, settings syncing between devices, the list goes on. This almost single-handedly makes Firefox my go-to browser. Keep up the amazing work!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17121567, 2 years agoBest thing since sliced bread. I had been using a similar add on for years until recently, Sidebery does everything that it did plus lots more really useful things. Really helps my workflow. Excellent.

p.s. Why autosnapshots don't save cached tabs? - Rated 5 out of 5by Syntastic, 2 years agoI've been using this extension for years now and I gotta say, it's simply the best extension I've ever used. So much software these days is create by UX people that want you to use things a very specific way and if that doesn't fit with your use case/personality, well then you're using it all wrong. Sidebery is the complete opposite, it has a wealth of configuration options that really help you fine tune the experience to get just want you want. For me I really don't like the tree structure options, but I assume many other love it, and with a couple quick option changes both me and those users can be happy.
