- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 19472089, 7 days agoadds a ton of handy toggles, both to remove annoying youtube features, add handy new ones, and in general customize your experience
the addons UI is very concise and makes figuring out all the features easy. Every other addon Dev should take notes.
a big fan of how everything is turn on/off so you can customize what you want to use.
(have not been using the inbuilt adblocker since i use ublock, so i cant rate it) - Rated 5 out of 5by HOME-REB001, 9 days agoThe best thing internet has. Would be nice, if the next update would help hide auto dubbed channels, but even if it doesn't it is still worth it.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18940894, 17 days agoJonny Bunana is better than most of the Youtube staff, it's silly to think we need this addon in 2025.. but today i woke up to enlarged Youtube thumbnails that were comically bad and this addon took care of all of the bad decisions coming from Youtube HQ.
- Rated 5 out of 5by tuxlx, 19 days agoThis is the only addon I know that effectively blocks YT autoplay. Good one. Many thanks.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Anonymous, 2 months agoI love this extension, but I wish it had an option to set the default video quality (ex: 1080p).
- Rated 5 out of 5by pugmalion1, 2 months agoProbably the most useful add-on I have outside of uBlock. Quick FYI, though... Looks like the "Hide Playlist" option is currently just hiding all videos. Not even close to a big deal, but thought you should know.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Rob s, 2 months agoCurrently, this extension flags Youtube's adblock detection making it unusable. Disabling it fixes it.
Edit: thanks for the speedy fix.Developer response
posted 2 months agov1.13.0 now pulls the 3 specific options which can trigger this up into their own group at the top of the with a warning note, so it's easier to disable them. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 19201028, 2 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Miguel Machado, 2 months agoit might just be better than sponsorblock when it comes to youtube extensions. the sheer amount of control it gives you over youtube is just mindblowing. it does shit i didnt know was possible. the freedom it gives you was probably what americans were dreaming about in the american dream era. 10/10 would donate to the developer if i wasnt broke

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17095038, 2 months agoWorks pretty well, although the "skip ads" and "hide sponsored" options cause Youtube's anti-adblock popups to block the video player when using on Desktop.
I also wish it would fix Youtube Search when using on Mobile, since Youtube Search Fixer isn't available on Android. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18979699, 3 months agoGot this extension to fix the thumbnail problem, only to find out it had a setting for every other feature that annoyed me about youtube (pushing members only content, livestreams, defaulting to shitty AI dubs for languages I speak, the homepage being 90% videos I've already seen). Genuinely don't think I could go back to using youtube without it!

- Rated 5 out of 5by –Phase–, 3 months agoI had the "Skip ads" setting turned off since I use uBlock Origin to block ads, but this extension was still triggering the warning about adblockers. Turns out it was the "Skip sponsored videos and promos" setting that was causing it. Just wanted to put this here for anyone else having this issue.
