Upgraded to 1Password 8 and this extension. The extension never loads, just spins to oblivion. I'll probably be reverting to 7 and the (desktop required) version of the extension.
I’m sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with 1Password in your browser, it sounds like it may be having a hard time connecting with your 1Password app.
